Today I am thankful for some girl time with a friend.
Brian had arranged for Heather to get me out of the house yesterday for the party he had planned. When the party was canceled because of the stomach bug, those plans were canceled as well.
Since I was feeling a lot better, Brian said I should call Heather up and see if she wanted to go today.
I still took Aiden with me, but it was just so nice to go out and have adult conversation. Lunch at Olive Garden and seeing the new Harry Potter movie was just a bonus.
I had a great time with a great friend and Brian had everything under control at home. I didn't even have to cook dinner! It's almost as if my birthday was two days this year instead of just one!
